Patient Participation Group

Patient Representative Groups are one of the ways that the practice can engage with patients. On a daily basis we listen to patients attending for appointments. We learn from concerns raised - as well as from praise for the things we do well. In addition to disussing a wide variety of patient-related matters, patient groups can focus on helping to advise on how we can make improvements to services. We have both a face to face patient group & a virtual online patient group

Our Patient Group is a great way to work with the practice team with the aim of involving patients in practice developments.
